For hygiene reasons, our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Shipping and packaging costs will be covered by our company only in cases where a return is required due to an error on our part.
Damaged Products During Transit
In the event of partial or total damage to one or more products during transportation, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.
All orders are dispatched to the courier company on the next business day following order placement, subject to product availability. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, or during strike actions.
